Formerly Mulgoa Quarries
The project comprised the construction of a 44,000 m² factory, with all bulk earthworks, civil works, and detailed excavation completed. All footings and basecourse were constructed to a tolerance of less than 5 mm, and a dedicated cell was excavated for an on-site detention (OSD) tank. The works also included the construction of 600 m² of keystone retaining walls supported by both earth straps and no-fines concrete. Two car parks were completed, incorporating 6,700 m² of asphalt, 1,600 m of kerb and gutter, and 1,200 m of subsoil drainage. In support of these works, the transport team imported 1,650 tonnes of basecourse and drainage aggregate to site.
