We do the Groundwork.

Wearn is a family-owned civil, earthmoving and materials contractor delivering complex projects across Greater Sydney. With over 60 years of experience, a fully in-house fleet and a safety-first culture, we bring certainty to projects where scale, compliance and programme matter.
Wearn has evolved from a local quarrying business into a multi-disciplinary contractor trusted to deliver large-scale earthworks, civil infrastructure, waste disposal and materials supply. What sets us apart is not just what we do, but how we do it.

We self-perform critical scopes, control our logistics end-to-end, and plan projects with a strong focus on methodology, risk and long-term outcomes. That approach gives our clients confidence in delivery, safety and programme certainty.
