The project included the construction of 2,687 linear metres of road, 5,374 linear metres of kerb and gutter, and 5,374 linear metres of pathways. Works involved the movement of approximately 210,000 cubic metres of material on site, the stripping of 30,000 square metres of topsoil, and the construction of 1,480 linear metres of sandstone block retaining walls. Stage 3 construction commenced in 2019.

Installation of 300m supply and install drainage pipe. planting of 1900m2 / soft landscaping. 3 years maintenence.
