A Legacy of Capability

Our Heritage
From the Ground Up.

Wearn’s story began over 60 years ago as Mulgoa Quarries, built on hard work, trust, and a connection to the ground. From local roots, the family-owned business grew into a multi-disciplinary contractor, expanding beyond quarrying into civil contracting, bulk earthworks, landfill infrastructure, waste disposal, and transport across Greater Sydney and beyond.

The name Wearn reflects this evolution, honouring the family and the people who built the business, while representing accountability, pride, and the high standards we uphold.

While the name has changed, our values remain: practical leadership, safety-first thinking, and a culture built from the ground up, carried forward into every project and every generation.
