The project involved the remediation of an asbestos-contaminated site and the subgrade improvement of the overall area. Works included the installation of a 5,000 m² carpark, the upgrade of Memorial Avenue with all associated kerbs and gutters, completion of all foundation and ground works, and the re-establishment of embankments to restore and stabilise the site.

TJX project for FDC at Sydney Business Park involved constructing a 44,000 m² factory, including bulk earthworks, detailed excavation, footings, basecourse, keystone retaining walls, carparks, and subsoil drainage. The $5 million project also required importing 1,650 tonne of basecourse and drainage aggregate.
