Job Description

This is a casual opportunity for experienced Plant Operators to support production, loading, and material handling activities. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and are interested in the potential to progress to permanent employment as they demonstrate their skills on-site.

What you'll Do

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy plant and equipment across our quarry and civil sites. You will work closely with supervisors to meet production targets, conduct daily equipment checks, and assist with general site tasks or labouring as needed to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

Operate plant and equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and dump trucks.

Conduct daily pre-start inspections and maintain equipment to company standards.

Maintain a strong safety focus and full compliance with WHS policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the site team to meet daily production and material handling targets.

What We're Looking for

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience operating heavy machinery in a quarry or civil environment.

Relevant VOCs and SOAs (Excavator, Loader, Dozer, Dump Truck, Grader highly desirable).

Valid White Card (Construction Induction).

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol assessment.

A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and punctuality.

Availability to work six (6) days per week, including ongoing Saturday overtime.
