Introduction

Wearn is seeking experienced civil operators for ongoing work across major infrastructure, landfill and bulk earthworks projects. This role suits operators who take pride in quality work, understand safety-critical environments and want stable, long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for delivering high-quality work in a safety-critical environment and ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures. Effective communication with supervisors and colleagues is essential, and you will take ownership of the operation and condition of your assigned plant to maintain reliability and performance across projects.
