As an Apprentice Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet of trucks and trailers. Under the guidance of experienced heavy vehicle mechanics, you will learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various components, ensuring our trucks operate at peak performance and safety levels.

• Assist in routine maintenance tasks on trucks and trailers, including inspections, lubrication, and component replacements.
• Work closely with experienced mechanics to identify and rectify mechanical issues in truck engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems.
• Participate in scheduled service and maintenance procedures to optimize vehicle efficiency and safety.
• Learn to use specialized diagnostic equipment and tools for effective troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure workshop environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled in a relevant technical program is a plus).
