Key milestones include completion of three development pads, three retaining walls, and relocation of 1.3km of 132kVA overhead cables underground. The team also completed significant works, such as demolishing an old brick factory and associated infrastructure, removing contamination, and commissioning a new wastewater system.
To date, 2.2 million cubic meters of material have been moved, with 4.6 million cubic meters as the target.
Upcoming milestones include opening Estate Roads 1 & 2 and completing two additional lots.
Future works will include the delivery of Precinct 2 & 4 serviced development pads.
Once complete, Oakdale East Industrial Estate will deliver essential infrastructure to the Western Sydney Employment Area.
