Tug started with us in 2000, bringing with him the discipline and work ethic from his time in the Navy. Over the years, he’s done a bit of everything – operating a wide range of machines, pitching in wherever needed, and becoming a go-to person on site.
He’s always valued being part of a family-oriented workplace, and that down-to-earth, team-first approach has never wavered. As our WHS Coordinator and now WHS&E Manager, Tug has played a major role in developing our risk assessments, safety procedures, VOC programs, and training systems.
His commitment to improving workplace safety and ensuring we remain compliant across the board has made a lasting impact on the business and the people in it.
Thanks for everything, Tug. Here’s to 25 years of outstanding service.
